Felicia Plumlee Hale, a lifelong resident of Wilson County, is running for Circuit Court Clerk of Wilson County. She's currently serving the citizens of Wilson County as Deputy Clerk, and has held that position with integrity for 16 years. As a Deputy Clerk she has worked with all court divisions and judges served by the Clerk's Office. A graduate of Excell Business College, Felicia's Accounting degree will assist her to responsibly manage the budget and accounting requirements of the office.

The middle child of Dallas and Lillian Plumlee, Felicia was raised in a Christian household with her sister, Natalyn Plumlee Slaughter, a small business owner, and her brother Darin Plumlee, a teacher and coach. Felicia has three daughters, Ashley Rowland Guy, Amber Rowland, and Alivia Rowland. She has three granddaughters, MaKenna Guy, Paisleigh Guy, and Hillary Rickaway.
